What a way to kick-off 2026! We just finished two days of incredible sharing, learning, engaging, questioning, contributing, discussing, and generating ideas about research in management education at the 2026 RMLE Unconference.
With 42 talented, passionate, and engaging management educator/scholars representing 22 universities, ten countries, and three continents coming together for the event, it was a beautiful journey of discovery and connection. It is always the people who make the event, as this incredible group of educators did, but it is also the team who hosts the event.
We are incredibly grateful to our hosts from University of Warwick – Warwick Business School especially my dear friend Professor Ashley Roberts who welcomed us into the Warwick Venice Center which is located within the Palazzo Giustinian Lolin overlooking the Grand Canal in Venice.
With amazing people in an amazing location, how could we not make magic happen?
